The Honey…
Do you actually harvest your OWN honey? Is it considered organic?
I have been looking for “local” honey.
I have to go to Earthfare to buy the honey from Cottageville.
The bees are not Legare Farms but the hives are on our
farm. We have a friend who is the beekeeper and he does all the bee work. I guess it is organic honey even tho we aren’t certified organic, we don’t use pesticides on our farm.
The only problem is that we are out of honey until next month. We will have more just have run out of last year’s crop.
