Just donated $50 to your lawsuit fund… Is this lawsuit over? I noticed afterwards that your family was supposed to appear in court in January 2012….

Thank you so much for your donation. The lawsuit was settled and we feel like in our favor. Never underestimate the power of the media and social media. That’s the good news however the bad news is we are still in debt to the attorney and are still trying to raise funds to pay her off. She is also settling our Mother’s estate and even though she has been pay for that, she will not finish the estate until she is paid.
We hope to have another fund raiser soon. I just don’t know what and when. We were so overwhelmed by everything it took to get through the lawsuit and everyday business, that we needed some down time. This is of coarse our busy time of year on the farm so finding the time to plan something has been difficult.
